How much of your money goes to charity in a raffle or donations-only campaign in the ACT?

Responsibility for fundraising in some Australian states is divided between two sets of laws and two corresponding separate state government agencies. This is because there are two different categories of fundraising: gaming eg raffles, art unions and charitable collections eg donations.

The government agencies responsible in ACT are the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission and the ACT Office of Regulatory Services

Those who conduct charity fundraising raffles in the ACT must account to the government regulator about how the money was acquitted but this can't be presented at point of purchase to a supporter.
